Wanza Wilson

Wanza Louise Wilson, age 59 of Fosters, passed away on June 11, 2021 at Hospice of West Alabama. A graveside service will be on Monday, June 21, 2021 at 11:00 am at  Sylvan Cemetery, 15330 Sylvan Loop Road, Fosters, AL 35243  with Magnolia Chapel South directing. Visitation will be held at Magnolia Chapel South on Monday from 9:00 am to 10:00 am.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Elizabeth and Jack Curb, and William Arflin, Mother-in-law, Janice Thiry, Step Mother-in-law, Myra Wilson Brother-in-law Ken Foster, Brother-in-law Philip Thiry Jr. and Brother-in-law Donald Bailey.

Survived by beloved husband of 23 years, Jim Wilson. Father-in-law, Rufus Wilson, and Step Father-in-law, Philip Thiry, Sr. Brother, Robby (Sandy) Curb and Sisters, Diane Foster, Melinda Bailey, Marie (Chuck) Nagle. Bother-in -law Jerold (Annette) Wilson, Sister-in law, Donna (Wallace) Ashworth and Jerri Lynn (David) Calhoun. Numerous nieces and nephews, and two fur babies, Gypsy Rose, and Tuff Guy.

She worked in the Accounting Office of Bama Dining, at the University of Alabama. She was loved by all and will be greatly missed.
