Taylor Chism

Taylor Chism, age 91, of Tuscaloosa, AL. went into eternity on April 16, 2021. There will be a graveside service at Bone Camp cemetery on Tuesday April 20th at 2 pm. Magnolia South will direct the service. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to your favorite charity.
Taylor was born on May 12th, 1929 in Rue community in Tuscaloosa County Alabama. His parents were John Chism and the former Trudie Montgomery. He attended Tuscaloosa County High School. He also served in the Army in Germany during the Korean conflict era era. After his service he worked at BFGoodrich for a brief time and attended Shelton State College where he studied Electronics. He later went into the TV repair business which later evolved into a two-way Communications business which is still in operation today. He is survived by his wife of 61 years Ann Hartley Chism, two sons, Tim and Jeff Chism, daughter Kimberly Chism, and special pet "Cordy." Pallbearers will be Eddie Lary, Joel Henderson, Michael Chism, Jeff Chism, and Tim Chism.
