Mindi Elam

Mindi Yvonne Elam, age 60 of Tuscaloosa, passed away September 2, 2022 at DCH Regional Medical Center. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, September 8, 2022 at Magnolia Chapel South at 4:00 pm. Visitation will be from 2:00 pm to 4:00pm at the chapel.

She is preceded in death by her father; Fredrick Hutchison, brother; Andy Hutchison and sister; Tracey Craig.

Survivors include her husband; Joey Dale Elam, daughter; Madison Johnson (Joseph), stepdaughter; Hayley Elam, son; Dalton Estes (Brooke), sister; Machelle Green, parents; Cecil Barkley and David Barkley,and her grandchildren; Tristan Hallman, Cassie Guyton, and Remi Estes.

Mindi mostly lived and worked in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. She lived her days filled with loving family, her animals, and the beach. She loved her children, grandchildren and taking care of her family. If she could be around family every second she would. She spent her days with her parents and husband and loving every minute of each day.

Honorary pallbearers will be the staff of DCH Regional Medical Center.
