Lourdes "Lulu" Jasso

Lourdes Jasso, affectionately known as "Lulu", was born in Cuidad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico. She was born on the date of October 13, 1968. At the age of 52 years old, she passed away on September 29, 2021, at the DCH Hospital in Tuscaloosa, AL.

At 37 years old she moved, with her beloved husband and her 3 children, to El Paso, Texas. This would become her home for 15 years before settling in Alabama.

She is survived by her husband Gabriel Jasso, to whom she was married for over 30 years. Her 3 children; Rachel Jasso, Abigail Jasso and Gabriel Isaac Jasso. Along with 5 grandchildren; Caleb Garcia, Genesis Loera, Eliana Loera, Delilah Garcia, and Adriana Loera. This is not to name the large group of loved ones such as her Mother, Brothers and Sisters.

She was a member of the Apostolic Church of The Faith in Jesus Christ for a period of 25 years, serving in the work of God in different leaderships.

A large part of her life consisted working in different Maquiladora plants and factories along with working as a cook in various restaurants.

She professed her faith in Jesus Christ on August 24, 1996. She loved God with all her heart, her family, culinary, and her brothers and sisters in Christ.

The services will be held on Wednesday, October 6 at 12:00 noon at Magnolia Chapel North with visitation begining at 10:00 am to 12:00 noon. Pastor Manuel Martinez will be officiating the service.

She will be remembered fondly, forever, by her husband, children, grandchildren, family, Brothers & Sisters in Christ, and the many loved ones that she left behind.
