His biggest achievement occurred on June 17, 2007, when he gave his life to the Lord at Marion Church of God, in Virginia. After retirement, God revealed his true calling of serving others and spreading the gospel. He was a dedicated member of Englewood Baptist Church, where he never missed a service. He loved praising the Lord and always looked for opportunities to share with others what Jesus did for him.
