Donald Carter

Donald Glenn Carter, age 69 of Greensboro, passed away July 9, 2021 at Hospice of West Alabama. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Rhodes Chapel Cemetery officiated by Pastor Albert Lyles, and directed by Magnolia Chapel South.

Donald is preceded in death by his parents Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Carter, his wife, Linda Harris Carter and his daughter, Pam Carter. He leaves behind his sons, Wayne Carter (Brenda) and Mike Carter (Jennifer), 6 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, sisters Barbara Parten, and Karen Lagrone, and brother Henery Swindle.

Pallbearers will be Johnny Melton, Adam Adams, C.J. Martin, Bradley Carter, J.T. Carter, and Buster Latham. Honorary Pallbearers will be Bucksnort Hunting Club, Hospice of West Alabama, Members of Rhodes Chapel Baptist Church and Black Warrior Electric.
