He is proceeded by his father Mike Henderson and his grandfather Emmett P Solomon.

He is survived by his wife Michelle Henderson and his two son's Joshua Henderson (15) and Jonathan Henderson (14), Mother; Jackie Henderson, sister; Liz Henderson Kelly, nieces; Lexi Kelly and Ellen Kelly, and a loving tree of family that loved and nurtured his soul.

There are no words that encompass the loss the world will feel with his absence. He is the glue that brought good people together, the perfect friend in any moment. He was laughter and sage advice. He was sarcastic and humble. He was a Marine, a Warrior, a Guardian to the end.

Many did not know that he fought to serve his country. He was rejected for physical limitations on five occasions, yet through determination and preservance he overcame all obstacles including unimaginable pain. He pressed on to protect those he served with, running ahead of all to ensure no other life would be taken save his own. Courage, loyalty, integrity are tenants inscribed on his heart. There aren't enough words to describe what he meant to each person, only that he was whatever you needed him to be and then some. From childhood boyscout, order of the arrow to hunting and fishing he found solace in the wilderness amongst the trees. Later he dreamed a dream of his home, where he found so much peace and comfort that he never wanted to leave.
