Wilma "Jan" Vintson

Wilma "Jan" Janine Vintson, age 64, of Northport, Alabama, passed away November 24, 2025 in Orange Beach, Alabama. Services will be 12:00 p.m. Monday, December 1, 2025, at Magnolia Chapel North with Brother Rick Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Sulphur Springs Free Will Baptist Cemetery with Magnolia Chapel North directing. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Monday, December 1, 2025, at Magnolia Chapel North.

She was a loving caring mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister. She was a retired RN from the VA hospital and a current employee of DCH Medical Center.

She is preceded in death by her soul mate; Max Morris Vintson; mother, Ruth Jones; sisters Darlene Webb and Kristin Jones.

Survivors include Daughters; Tashana Vintson, Jesica Vickers (James), Candace Vickers (Corey); stepdaughter, Mia Evans; sisters, Lawanda Dockery (Anthony), Robin Fondren (Billy); Grandchildren: Jesley Rittenberry (Chris), Max Westbrook (Lynley), Joe Bradley (Paige), Clayton Vickers, Caylee Westbrook, Camryn Vickers, Colton Vickers, Taylor Westbrook, Kasey Beckham, Dylan Beckham, Tymberly Swiney, Kayleigh Vickers, Noah Qualls, Cooper Vickers; Great grandchildren,  Waylon, Paxton, and an unborn grandchild.

Pallbearers will be James Vickers, Cliff Vickers, Corey Green, Anthony Dockery, Max Westbrook, Clayton Vickers and Joe Bradley. 

Honorary pallbearers will be Colton Vickers and Camryn Vickers.
