William Franklin Hamner TUSCALOOSA William Franklin Hamner, age 71, of Tuscaloosa, died May 13, 2013, at DCH Regional Medical Center. Services will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North with Rev. Carroll Jones officiating. Burial will follow in Bethel Presbyterian Church Cemetery with Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North directing. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. The body will lie in state one hour prior to services at the funeral home.
