Teresa Ann Carr

Teresa Ann Carr, age 71 of Akron, passed away July 27, 2023 at home. Services will be held on Monday, July 31, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Magnolia Chapel South with Rev. Bishop McCarter officiating and Magnolia Chapel South directing. Visitation will be held one hour prior to services at the chapel.

She is preceded in death by her parents; TN and Elizabeth Langford Wurm, husband; Milton Eugene Carr, Sr., and her son; Jimmy Carr.

Survivors include her son; Robert Nichols (Sherry), daughter; Rachel Martin (Randall), her significant other; Larry Hughen, grandchildren; Scottie Lake (Thomas), Mallory Clark (Ryon), James Logan Martin, Edward Lane Martin, Lauren Ann Martin and her great grandchildren; Addy Lake, Olivia Clark, Parker Lake, Hymsleigh Clark, Weston Lake, and Stetson Clark.

Teresa was a wonderful christian women, always going above and beyond to help her church. She enjoyed painting, crafts, and anything to do with family get togethers, especially holidays. She was a loving mother and mee-maw.
