Scott Michael Paul

Scott Michael Paul, age 41 of Northport, passed away February 7, 2023 at his home. The family will hold a memorial service on Friday, February 17, 2023 at 6:00 pm at Union Chapel United Methodist Church with Joyce Snyder officiating.

He is preceded in death by his father; Dennis Paul, grandparents; Frank and Dorothy Welch, and Walter and Remona Paul and grandfather; Miles Limric.

He is survived by his wife Amy Marie Paul, daughter; Emily Marie Paul, son; Henry Owen Paul, sisters; Shari Lynn Stockard (Chase), brother; Joseph Walter Paul, parents; Pamela and David Limric, nephews; William Stockard, Miles Stockard, and step-mother; Allison Paul.

Scott was born in Akron, Ohio on September 19, 1981 and moved to Northport, Alabama at the age of 4. He graduated from Tuscaloosa County High School in 2000. He married Amy Howell Paul in 2007 and they welcomed 2 children, Emily age 11 and Henry age 3. He was well known as a loving and attentive husband and father. He was proud to have worked for Tuscaloosa County 911 from 2017 when first opened until shortly before his death. Scott also loved music, food/cooking and playing dungeons and dragons. He will be greatly missed by his family, coworkers and countless friends.

In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to The American Cancer Society.
