Ruth Swartz "Tori" Algoe, age 73, of Tuscaloosa, died October 22, 2017, at DCH Regional Medical Center. Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home South is directing. Survivors include her daughter, Judith Logan; sons, Timothy Algoe, Theodore Algoe and Thomas Algoe; parents, Herman T. Swartz and Rubel A. Rye; seven sisters; five brothers; and ten grandchildren.
