Myrtle Ruth Campbell, age 89, of Cottondale, Ala., passed away September 21, 2026, at DCH Regional Medical Center. Services will be 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 24, 2026, at Magnolia Chapel North with Bro. Ryan Lucas and Bro. Michael Snow officiating. Burial will follow in Boone Cemetery, Northport, Ala., with Magnolia Chapel North directing. Visitation will be 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. Thursday at Magnolia Chapel North.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene Campbell; son, Rickey Campbell; parents, George Snow Sr. and Velma Snow; brother, Buddy Snow; and sisters, Dorothy Duncan and Faye Barron.

Survivors include her brothers, Melvin Snow and George Snow Jr. (Debra); three nieces, and ten nephews.

Pallbearers will be Adam Green, Davin Snow, Jeff Snow, Mason Snow, Franky Vick, and Chris Jarrell.

Honorary pallbearers are Faith Baptist Church, Dr. Dawn Bryant, Tuscaloosa Drug, DCH doctors and staff, Tuscaloosa County Sheriff's Office Deputy Tate, and NorthStar paramedics.
