Kenneth C. McDaniel NORTHPORT Kenneth C. McDaniel, age 79, of Northport, died July 17, 2012, at home. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Saturday at Williamson Cemetery with Rev. Jerry Croft officiating and Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North directing. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carlos Chester McDaniel and Avis Cantrell McDaniel. Survivors include his wife, Sandra Patton McDaniel; his son, James C. McDaniel; his grandson, Preston McDaniel; his sister, Mary McDaniel Teer (J.A.); his brother, Wayne How-ard McDaniel; and a number of relatives. Mr. McDaniel graduated from Tuscaloosa High School in 1951. He was a member of IBEW Local #136 for 39 years. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to American Christian Academy or to a fa-vorite charity in memory of Mr. McDaniel.
