Kay S. Bostick TUSCALOOSA | Kay S. Bostick, of Tuscaloosa, died June 12, 2015, at DCH Regional Medical Center. Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, June 14, 2015, at Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home South with Rev. Gene Dockery officiating. Burial will follow in Magnolia Chapel Cemetery with Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home South directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Survivors include her daughters, Fran Lesley and Kathy Bostick; sons, Butch Bostick (Carla) and Tyler Bostick (Lori); sister, Clara Harbin (Steve); brother, John W. Squires; and seven grandchildren. Pallbearers will be her grandsons. Honorary pallbearers are Drs. and staff of Tuscaloosa Nephrology and staff and patients of DaVita Dialysis Center Tuscaloosa.
