Juan Hernandez NORTHPORT - Juan "John" Hernandez, age 61, of Northport, died August 4, 2016, at Hospice of West Alabama. Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, August 6, 2016, at Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North. Burial will follow at Tuscaloosa Memorial Park with Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North directing. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
