Jerry W. Prestriedge REFORM | Jerry W. Prestriedge, age 69, of Reform, died April 11, 2014, at home. Memorial services will be 2:30 p.m. today, April 13, 2014, at Calvary Baptist Church in Reform with Bro. Mike Trull officiating. Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North is in charge of arrangements. He is survived by his wife, Diane Prestriedge.
