Gwendolyn " Nita" Vernita Smith, 70 of Tuscaloosa, passed away November 28, 2025. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, December 8, 2025 at 12:00 noon at Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home South. Entombment will follow at Magnolia Mausoleum. The family will receive friends at Magnolia Chapel South from 10:00 am ~ 12:00 pm in the chapel prior to the service.

Her favorite color was white and the family request that in her memory any flowers ordered be ordered in white, the family request that you dress in her favorite colors white, grey and black.
