George Rudd

George Hayward Rudd NORTHPORT - Hayward Rudd, age 75, of Northport, died June 18, 2017, at home. Graveside services will be 3 p.m. Thursday, June 22, 2017, at Arbor Springs Cemetery with Rev. Benton Goodman officiating and Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North directing. He was preceded in death by his father, Floyd Rudd; mother, Virgie; brothers, Johnny Rudd and Randolph Rudd; sister, Bonnie Coleman; and his children, Ronald Rudd and Lisa Rudd. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Gayle Rudd; son, David Rudd; grandson, Jeffrey Rudd; great-grandson, Elliott Rudd; brothers, Kenneth and Tony Rudd; and a host of nieces and nephews. Hayward was a good man who loved his family very much. He will truly be missed. The family would like to give a special thank you to MD Anderson Cancer Center.
