Ella R. Chandler Moundville Ella R. Chandler age 83 of Moundville died March 20, 2014 at DCH Regional Medical Center. Graveside Services will be held on Sunday March 23, 2014 at Oak Hill Cemetery at 2:00pm with Brother Ed King and her grandson Pastor Joel Smelley officiating. Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home South is in charge of arrangements.
