Elizabeth Sharp Wiggins | TUSCALOOSA Elizabeth "Lib"� Sharp Wiggins, age 92, passed away June 6, 2011, at Hospice of West Alabama. Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Moundville United Methodist Church with Rev. Reba Wiley, Rev. Tom Terry, and Rev. Ernie Price officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery with Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home South directing. Visitation will be tonight from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home and from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the church prior to services. Mrs. Wiggins was born July 1, 1918, in Moundville and lived in her beloved town for 84 years. "Miss Lib"� was best known for working at Five Points Mercantile, managing the Methodist Thrift Store, and driving a school bus for 28 years, safely delivering three generations of children to the Moundville schools. She moved to Taylorville to be closer to her family but continued to be involved in Moundville through work and her church ministries. She was a lifelong member of Moundville United Methodist Church. Mrs. Wiggins was preceded in death by her husband, William Ford Wiggins; her parents, Lula Bell Kynard Sharp and Pat Edward Sharp, Sr.; and nephew, Pat Edward Sharp, III. She is survived by her daughters, Patricia Wiggins Crawford (Wayne) of Tuscaloosa and Pam Wiggins Mills (Coy) of Talladega; sister, Virginia Sharp of Tuscaloosa; brother, Pat Edward Sharp, Jr. (Mildred) of Tuscaloosa; grandchildren, Melena Crawford Lewis (Stan) of Tuscaloosa, Julie Crawford Price (Ernie) of Jasper, Jeremy Mills of Atlanta, Ga., and Genta Mills Stanfield (Scott) of Auburn; great-grandchildren, Sarah Lewis, Caroline Lewis, Anna Price, and Haley Price; great-great-grandson, Peyton Price; special family member, Gem Middlebrooks (JoAnna) of Montgomery; and a host of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Stan Lewis, Jeremy Mills, Ernie Price, Scott Stanfield, Tony Redding, Joe Abernathy, Ted Jackson, and Mike Hall. Honorary pallbearers are the vast number of people whose lives she touched over the years. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Lib Wiggins Scholarship Fund that has been established at the Bank of Moundville, P.O.
