Clarence Adair

Clarence A. Adair Jr., age 73, of Tuscaloosa, died July 31, 2012, at Hospice of West Alabama. Services will be 2 p.m. today at Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home South with Rev. Jim Headley officiating. Burial will follow in Tuscaloosa Memorial Park with Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home South directing. Visitation will be today from 12:30 to 2 p.m. at the funeral home. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Annie and Clarence Adair. Survivors include his wife, Ann D. Adair; his sister-in-law, Mary Nell Butler (Buddy); his niece, Susan Butler; his nephew, William Brian Butler (Kim); three great-nieces; and two great-nephews. Pallbearers will be Doug Shelby, Mike Sadberry, D.J. Brasfield, Benny Colburn, Danny Smothers, Bob Gambrell, George Nassaney, and Wayne Anders. Honorary pallbearers are friends and family, members of Ridgecrest Baptist Church, Tuscaloosa Bowling Association men and women, and employees of Pat's Florist.
