Catherine Van Dyke, age 91, of Tuscaloosa, Ala., passed away August 22, 2025 at Heritage Health Care in Tuscaloosa. Services will be Saturday, September 6, 2025, at Forest Lawn Funeral Home in Greenwood, Indiana. The time will be announced later. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Magnolia Chapel North and Forest Lawn Funeral Home are assisting the family with the final arrangements.
