Blinda Clements Kirkland

Blinda Clements Kirkland passed away August 21, 2023 at Northport Medical Center. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 26, 2023, at Salem Baptist Church in Samantha with Rev. Clyde Stevens officiating. A graveside ceremony will be held at Salem Baptist following the service with Magnolia Chapel Funeral Home North directing. Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. prior to the service at Salem.

Mrs. Kirkland was a loving wife, mother, and Mawmaw as well as a devoted follower of Jesus Christ. She touched countless hearts through her dedication to her church and as a neonatal nurse at DCH Regional Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her father, T.W. Clements; and brother, Rev. Tommy Clements. She is survived by her husband, Ron Kirkland, Sr.; son, Ron Kirkland, Jr. (Catherine); grandchildren, Gage and Lillian Kirkland; mother, Joyce Clements; nephew, Zach Clements (Jordan); and niece, Kylie Lindsey (Seth).

Pallbearers will be Zach Clements, Chris Porter, Tyler Thomas, Chris McGee, Kenny Clements, and Richie Schoolar.
