Alberta Turner

Alberta Turner, 81 of Centreville, passed away March 12, 2025 at Bibb Medical Center. A graveside service will be held on Friday, March 14, 2025 at 10:00 am at Little Hope Primitive Baptist Cemetery in Eoline with Rev. Ken Gamble officiating and Magnolia Chapel South is directing.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Carver and Dulcie Deason, mother-in-law; Rebecca Turner, son; Christopher Ratliff, siblings; Ann Deason, Mickey Deason, Rod Deason, Mary Gamble, and her in-laws; Odis McGee, Perry Collins, and Billy Ray Gamble.

She is survived by her husband Lamon Turner, daughter; Patrice Lisle (Shawn), sons; Chuck Ratliff (Judy), Cody Turner (Kimberly), sisters; Barbara Cox (Henry), Frances McGee, Joyce Collins, Margaret Bailey, Fran Deason, brothers; Elbert Deason, Louie Deason (Janice), William Deason (Sandy) her grandchildren; Cayleigh McCullough, Kinsley Turner, and Cooper Turner, and many nieces and nephews whom she adored.

Alberta was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and aunt.
